Mr. Nestor Quimbao, Phaltra President together with Treasurer Anthony Pulmano of Paranaque City lead members and officials of The Philippine Association of Local Treasurers and Assessors Inc. (PHALTRA) in its 82nd Annual National Convention at Philippine Internationl Convention Center (PICC) in Pasay City with this year's theme: "Local Treasurers and Assessors Rising Above the Challenges of Local Governments' Fiscal Accountability Transparency and Sustainability" slated February 3-6, 2015.
